This is a project for four new residential buildings for a community catering for young people with learning disabilities. Each house will accommodate a household of students and staff. The construction incorporates stone and other locally used materials and is highly insulated. Energy saving measures also include solar collectors and a heat recovery ventilation system. The first house, named Ty Rhieni, is due for completion in April 2007.
